I think I might lose. Who was it that suggested this? I'm not playing any more. Still at least these haven't been eaten yet. And I suppose there's a chance that if the weather improves, I will have flowers, but this looks like a very poor specimen at the moment...

Oh a competition!!!! Cut up an old water bottle and put it around the plant. It will protect it from those munchy slugs.
